How to measure

Measuring your feet

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in cm.
Measure both feet in the evening, when feet are largest, and use the longer one.
Match your length to the CM column. Between two sizes, go for the larger one.

Measuring your body

Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist: around your natural waistline, just above the belly button.
Keep the tape snug but not tight, over light clothing.
Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, down for a closer one.
